We are an established ABA practice with over 40 years of combined clinical experience. We are small, quality-focused, and take pride in individualizing our treatment to meet the unique needs of each client/family. We provide 1:1 in-home ABA and/or consultation services across the greater Portland metro area. We place a high value on providing quality training, mentoring, and support to our staff. Employment Details:
We are currently looking for creative, dynamic, and passionate Behavior Technician staff. Must have a current RBAI certificate. Full time position, with room for advancement. The working times will fall within the time frame of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.
Interested applicants should meet all the following qualifications:
- A desire to work in home with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities
- Experience working with individuals who exhibit a variety of challenging behaviors
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs., sit or stand for prolonged periods, and participate in continuous activity.
- A reliable vehicle, proof of registration and current insurance (required); travel is a necessary component of this position
- Provide proof of Vaccination for COVID-19 as mandated by the state of Oregon for all in-person healthcare workers.

Pay Range:
RBAI/RBT: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour DOE
